Basics of getting married in Hawaii:

• Hawaii does not have residency restrictions, nor does it require you to have a physical blood test
• If either death or divorce happened with a previous spouse, you will have to show proof 30 days before applying for your marriage license.
• Both of you must appear in person to obtain your marriage license in Hawaii. The cost is $60, and your license will be valid for 30 days.

Choose a licensing agent from the list online near where you are staying and make an appointment. Bring the form they issue you to the ceremony. I will complete the filing online after the ceremony.
